Dermory - Kullanım Koşulları

Dermory’yi indirerek ve kullanarak aşağıdaki koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Uygulama Gino Company tarafından geliştirilmiştir; iletişim: [email protected]. Uygulamayı App Store’dan indirdiyseniz Apple’ın Standart Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi (EULA) de geçerlidir.

Uygulamanın kullanımı

Dermory, kendi benlerinizi ve eklediğiniz kişilerin benlerini fotoğraf, ölçüm ve notlarla zaman içinde takip etmeniz için sunulan kişisel bir kayıt uygulamasıdır. Uygulamayı kopyalamamayı, kaynak koduna dönüştürmemeyi ve değiştirilmiş sürümlerini dağıtmamayı kabul edersiniz. Uygulamaya başka bir kişiyi eklerseniz, onun fotoğraflarını ve bilgilerini kaydetmeden önce iznini almanız gerekir. Dermory 13 yaşından küçükler için tasarlanmamıştır.

Tıbbi uyarı

Dermory bir takip aracıdır; tıbbi tanı koymaz, tedavi önermez ve doktor muayenesinin yerini tutmaz. Uygulamadaki ölçümler, fotoğrafa ve sizin işaretlediğiniz noktalara dayanan yaklaşık değerlerdir. Bilgilendirici metinler genel bilgi amaçlıdır. Şüpheli bir değişiklikte bir dermatoloğa başvurun.

Verileriniz ve yedekler

Kayıtlarınız yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır; bize ya da bir sunucuya gönderilmez, bu yüzden onlara erişemez ve onları geri getiremeyiz. Uygulamayı silerseniz ya da cihazınızı kaybederseniz, dışa aktarılmış bir yedeğiniz yoksa kayıtlarınız kaybolabilir. Yedek dosyasının parolasını unutursanız yedek açılamaz. Dermory Plus aboneliği

Temel takip özellikleri ücretsizdir. Dermory Plus isteğe bağlı bir aboneliktir; kapsamı, süre seçenekleri ve güncel fiyatı satın alma ekranında ve mağaza sayfasında gösterilir.

Otomatik yenileme: Abonelik, iptal edilmediği sürece her dönemin sonunda otomatik olarak yenilenir ve ücret aynı dönem için mağaza hesabınızdan tahsil edilir. Ücretsiz deneme sunulduğunda, deneme bitmeden iptal edilmezse abonelik ücretli döneme geçer. App Store’da yenilenmemesi için iptalin dönem ya da deneme bitiminden en az 24 saat önce yapılması gerekir.
İptal: Aboneliği istediğiniz zaman mağaza hesabınızın ayarlarından (App Store veya Google Play → Abonelikler) iptal edebilirsiniz. İptal, içinde bulunduğunuz dönemin sonunda geçerli olur; o güne kadar Dermory Plus’ı kullanmaya devam edersiniz.
Ödeme ve iade: Ödeme, satın almayı onayladığınızda, ücretsiz deneme varsa deneme bittiğinde mağaza hesabınızdan tahsil edilir. İade talepleri, satın almanın yapıldığı mağazanın kurallarına tabidir.

Sorumluluk

Uygulama “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağı garanti edilmez. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde, uygulamanın kullanımından doğabilecek dolaylı zararlardan sorumluluk kabul edilmez. Bu koşullar, tüketici olarak sahip olduğunuz yasal hakları ortadan kaldırmaz.

Bu koşullar zaman zaman güncellenebilir; güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayımlanır.

By downloading and using Dermory you accept the following terms. The app is developed by Gino Company; contact: [email protected]. If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.

Using the app

Dermory is a personal record-keeping app for tracking your own moles, and those of people you add, over time with photos, measurements and notes. You agree not to copy the app, not to decompile it and not to distribute modified versions. If you add another person to the app, you must get their permission before saving their photos and details. Dermory is not designed for children under 13.

Medical notice

Dermory is a tracking tool; it does not provide a medical diagnosis, does not recommend treatment and is not a substitute for a doctor’s examination. Measurements in the app are approximate values based on the photo and the points you mark. Informational texts are for general information only. If you notice a suspicious change, consult a dermatologist.

Your data and backups

Your records are stored only on your device and are not sent to us or to any server, so we cannot access or restore them. If you delete the app or lose your device and have no exported backup, your records may be lost. If you forget the password of a backup file, the backup cannot be opened. Where you keep the backup, PDF and CSV files you export, and who you share them with, is under your control. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Dermory Plus subscription

The core tracking features are free. Dermory Plus is an optional subscription; its features, period options and current price are shown on the purchase screen and on the store page.

Automatic renewal: The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless it is cancelled, and your store account is charged for the same period. When a free trial is offered, the subscription moves to a paid period unless you cancel before the trial ends. On the App Store, to avoid renewal you must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period or trial.
Cancellation: You can cancel at any time in your store account settings (App Store or Google Play → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; until then you keep using Dermory Plus.
Payment and refunds: Payment is charged to your store account when you confirm the purchase or, if there is a free trial, when the trial ends. Refund requests are subject to the rules of the store where you made the purchase.

Liability

The app is provided “as is”. It is not guaranteed to work without interruption or errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no liability is accepted for indirect damages arising from the use of the app. These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

These terms may be updated from time to time; the current version is always published on this page.
